currently neglected by the present county-based
structure. The initial competition to be in North London, at senior and junior
level, and the model to be implemented
countrywide.

system of fast-tracking to the top.

the potential of 20-over cricket.

the social fabric in Britain by bringing
the three principal communities (native
white, British Asian and Afro-Caribbean)
together in one of their few areas of common
